Surplus products are typically supplies left-over from jobs that have never been used, and are generally still in the original factory packaging. They require no refurbishment or repair. They are sold with a guarantee that the customer will approve of them upon receipt but do not have a manufacturer's warranty. This will allow the customer to return the product to CirPlus for credit if it does not meet the customers requirements.
